Here at Ovarro, the future is exciting. We are going through a lot of change and growth, and all of our teams are working very hard to achieve this. Currently the HR team need the support of a HR Administrator who we can rely on to make a huge impact. You don’t need to have any prior industry experience as long as you are passionate and would want to progress your career in HR.


The role will initially be to support the HR team where necessary, assisting in all aspects of HR administration to ensure that everything runs smoothly. This is a varied role and you will get exposure to the different areas within HR and recruitment and have plenty of opportunities to become involved in them. 


This role is perfect for someone who's looking to start their career in HR and gain experience in a fast-paced environment with the support of a great team.  

To be successful you will need;

  • Great attention to detail
  • Ability to use initiative to plan and prioritise tasks on a daily basis
  • High degree of confidentiality and integrity
  • An ability to pick up new things quickly
  • French speaking is a bonus but not essential
